How a check works
MadeTheAnswer shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude name your business when buyers ask for a product like yours.
1. You give us a website
We read the public page and work out the brand name, the category, and likely competitors. You can add competitor names yourself.
2. We write buyer questions
Questions look like “best invoicing tool for freelancers.” They do not include your brand name, so we can see if the assistant brings you up on its own.
3. We ask the official APIs
Each question goes to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude through that provider’s official API, with web search on. We do not use the consumer chat apps.
4. You get a report
You see the score on screen right away. The email has the full report: who was named instead, which sources were cited, and the next fix. The free check asks each question once on all 4 assistants. A paid plan asks each question 3 times, every week.
5. Paid plans add a Fix plan
Each week you get a short to-do list from that run. It names sites the assistants cited, rivals they named, and questions where you were skipped. Drafts for an FAQ, a short About block, or a note to a roundup are ready to paste. You do the work. We do not send email or edit your site. Next week you can see if the score moved.
The free check asks 5 questions, once each, on all 4 assistants. It needs an email and no card. The result shows the first Fix plan step, with the rest locked. Paid plans include a weekly Fix plan: a short to-do list from that week's run, plus drafts you can paste yourself. We do not send email or edit your site. Paid plans are monthly, in US dollars, and the first paid scan runs only after payment succeeds.
Check your siteAI answers change from run to run and differ between the API and the consumer apps. MadeTheAnswer shows what each engine's official API answered on the date shown. We do not and cannot guarantee you'll be recommended or ranked.
